Examples & Stories

How does this work come to life in practice?

Sometimes a story simply hits home.

Examples & Stories

Why this matters?

Whether through meditation, coaching, or leadership work, people often share a similar desire: to live, work, and relate with a little more awareness, ease, and positive intention.
The stories on this page share a few moments where something started to open, shift, or move. You might recognise a part of yourself in one of them. And perhaps discover a few possibilities along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions?

Yes, always.

I enjoy meeting new people, teams, organisations, and initiatives — especially when there is genuine curiosity and a willingness to explore what matters.

Every collaboration starts with a conversation.

From there, we can sense together what is needed, what feels possible, and whether there is a good match.

Sometimes something small emerges.Sometimes it grows into a longer journey.

Both are welcome.

I rarely start with a fixed format or predefined solution. Instead, I begin by listening.

What is happening? What is asking for attention?

What are people hoping for — and what might they be avoiding?

From there, I combine different elements from my work — coaching, psychology, awareness practices, reflection, group learning, and practical application.

Some programs are designed from scratch.

Others evolve over time.

The intention is always the same:

to create an experience that feels relevant, meaningful, and workable for the people involved.

Time & Integration. Because some things reveal themselves gradually.

In longer journeys, people have the opportunity to learn, apply, reflect, and return again.

Insights move beyond understanding and become something lived.

There is space to experiment, to stumble, to grow, and to discover what really works in daily life and work.

The real value often lies in what happens between the sessions —

in how people begin to think differently, respond differently, and relate differently over time.

Small shifts, repeated often enough,

have a remarkable way of changing the bigger picture.

  1. It’s something I like to explore together at the beginning of a collaboration.

We take time to reflect on what would indicate that the work is moving
in a helpful direction — both in more visible outcomes
and in what is felt in the day-to-day.

Often, I work with a combination of more objective and subjective elements,
co-created with HR or the leadership team.
These can serve as simple anchors to stay aware of what is evolving.

At the same time, not everything can or needs to be measured.

A lot of the impact becomes visible in how people show up —
in conversations, in decision-making, in how pressure is handled.

Learning to notice those shifts honestly
is just as important as tracking them

There is a strong personal motivation behind this work.

We spend a large part of our lives at work —
often more time than with family.
And yet, most development focuses on knowledge, expertise, and performance.
The part about how to be with yourself —
how to handle pressure, uncertainty, or fear —
is often still underdeveloped. Especially at work.

I see many people in a loop of reacting, adapting,
and trying to hold things together.
It takes courage to show up with openness, honesty, and care —
especially in leadership roles.

My intention is to support leaders and teams who are willing to walk that path --
with more awareness, more steadiness, and humanity.
