What we do
Meditation & Self-Awareness
Move through your days with more presence.
You’re already there.
Just meet it differently.
What matters to you?
- To feel more at ease — instead of constantly “on”
- To stay clear and grounded, even when things get busy
- To show up with presence and kindness
- To give yourself space again
- To actually listen to what your body is asking for
Programs
Three ways to start
Just Sit
A short pause – wherever you are in your day. Sit. Breathe.
See what’s actually there.
Be kind to your mind.
Understand how your mind works and relate to it differently. Stay with it.
See what becomes clear.
Fly In
Step out of your routine and spend your time differently. Less noise. More space.
See what opens up.
Just Sit
A simple invitation to sit down and meet yourself.
What it is?
A short, live guided meditation you join with your headphones on. It can be a one‑time pause in a busy week, or something you return to regularly.
How it works?
- Live guided sessions (21 minutes)
- Join the group or personal session
- Fully guided — no experience needed
Why people choose this?
- To slow down and settle into the body
- To meet thoughts and emotions differently
- To feel more alive in everyday life
Just Sit is intentionally simple. You sit, you experience, and you leave with something you can carry into your day.
Be kind to your mind
A one‑month journey to understand your mind and relate to it differently.
What it is?
A guided journey for people who want more depth and continuity — and are curious about how thoughts and emotions actually work.
How it works?
- 4 live sessions (weekly)
- Guided audio practices between sessions
- Simple reflections to bring it into daily life
Why people choose this?
- To understand patterns and habits more clearly
- To hold emotions with patience
- To bring more clarity and kindness into everyday moments
This journey is intentionally playful and practical. What you learn doesn’t stay in the session — it shows up in how you live.
Fly In
A break that actually changes something.
What it is?
An experience where you travel, slow down, and meet yourself with fresh eyes — somewhere in the world, together with me.
How it works?
- Individual or small group experiences
- Different locations (Nepal, India, EU, …)
- A slower pace, shaped around presence and simplicity
Why people choose this?
- To step out of the usual rhythm
- To choose something personal over a fixed program
- To slow down and see what opens
Fly‑In is intenionally daring. Bold in its arrival, shaped to feel human, open, and easy to step into.
Guided with care
I’m a psychologist, by training and by heart — with years of working experience with individuals, leaders, and organisations.
My approach draws from modern behavioural psychology and a personal immersion in Buddhist practice. This includes a two‑year Meditation Teacher Training (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, alongside ongoing teachings with Tibetan masters in India and Nepal.
I aim to bring openness and kindness into how I guide, while keeping things grounded and human.
Planting Seeds of Joy
Giving Forward
Your offering is part of a wider circle of care.
It supports Give for Growth — projects in Nepal and India that spark learning, open hearts, and gently change lives.
What moves within you ripples beyond you.
What stayed with people
Unfiltered voice.
I didn't know stillness was possible for my kind of mind. I was wrong — in the best way.
The monkey mind course changed how I relate to my thoughts. I'm kinder to myself now.
