A longer 1:1 coaching journey for those who feel ready to truly show up for themselves.
It’s a space to slow down, meet patterns honestly, and let change unfold over time — with a deep integration into daily work and life.
This journey supports you in bringing awareness into daily life: how you think, feel, choose, relate, and lead.
How it works
- A 3‑ or 6‑month 1:1 coaching journey
- 2 coaching sessions per month
- Reflections or reminders (nudges) in between sessions that help you integrate in daily life
- Whatsapp check-ins (situational)
The rhythm is steady and realistic, designed to support both growth and daily responsibilities.
