About
The roots of nudge me
This work is rooted in a deep curiosity about how we live, relate, and make sense of our experience.
You don’t always see them – but everything grows from here
Why roots matter?
In a world that moves quickly and rarely pauses, staying open and grounded is not always easy. Many of us feel pulled in different directions, or disconnected from what really matters.
This work begins at the root — not by stepping away from reality, but by learning how to meet it differently:
- Noticing what is actually there
- Staying present, even when things feel unclear
- Understanding the patterns that shape how you respond
- And finding a way to move through it with more ease and clarity
Root 1
The science of the mind
Understanding how experience is created
Modern behavioural psychology offers ways of understanding how our thoughts, emotions and habits shape how we experience life. Eastern wisdom brings even deeper layers to the story.
Bringing both together opens a powerful way of seeing more clearly how our human experience is created.
This root brings clarity and aha-moments:
- How patterns form — and how they can change
- How stress and safety shape the nervous system
- How identity, habits, and energy influence behavior
- How awareness creates space for choice instead of reaction
Root 2
Contemplation & practice
Learning how to be with our experiences
This root is the lived practice of awareness.
Slowing down enough to notice what is there — thoughts, emotions, sensations — and returning, again and again, to presence with kindness.
It’s a way of relating to experience that creates space — for clarity, for warmth, and for a different way of responding in everyday life.
This root brings depth and inner calm:
- Returning to the present moment
- Softening reactivity and widening perspective
- Practising non-judgement and kindness
- Trusting in the workability of the mind
The bridge
Walk your path only.
Understanding matters. Practice matters.
This work brings both together — so insight doesn’t stay in your head, and practice becomes something you truly live.
These roots support you in:
- Staying steady when life feels demanding
- Learning to feel and hold your emotions with care
- Creating more space and kindness in how you speak to yourself
- Communicating more honestly, and connecting more openly with others
- Making grounded decisions, with healthy boundaries
- Bringing presence into your work, leadership, and everyday interactions
- Rediscovering a sense of meaning and joy in daily life
At its core, it’s all about taking care of a grounded body, a warm heart, and a clear mind.

Beneath the rush, clarity becomes possible.
The body keeps the score

Awareness changes speech and behavior
Noticing creates choice instead of impulsive reaction.
Compassion is a practice
Kindness is something we train.
Vulnerability is courage
Honesty is a form of strength.
Motivation needs rhythm
Healthy steps forward work better than pushing hard and burning out.

A personal note
Why I share these roots?
Because they changed how I live, how I relate, and how I meet uncertainty myself.
