Frequently Asked Questions?

Not at all.

Some people join with years of experience, while others are completely new to meditation.
What matters most is a willingness to be curious and explore just sitting.

The practices are guided in a simple and accessible way, allowing everyone to start from where they are.

Life happens.

While attending regularly helps to deepen the experience, there is no pressure to be present every time.
Just Sit is designed as a place to return to — without obligation.

Each session offers something valuable on its own, while also contributing to the bigger picture.
You are welcome to participate in a way that feels realistic and supportive for your life.

Dana is an ancient tradition of generosity.
Rather than placing a fixed value on the teachings, you're invited to contribute from your own experience and means.

For me, Dana helps keep the exchange human.
It allows people to first explore the value of the journey for themselves, and then respond from a place of appreciation, care, and generosity if they feel moved to do so.

Yes.
As long as you have an internet connection, a comfortable seat, and maybe headphones, you're very welcome.

People often participate from different countries, homes, offices, or wherever life happens to be unfolding.
In a beautiful way, it reminds us that Just Sitting is not limited by location or timezone.

The WhatsApp group is mainly used for practical information and gentle reminders throughout the journey.
Participants are not expected to send messages or actively engage in discussions.

This helps keep the space quiet, simple, and supportive — without creating the feeling that you need to keep up with another busy group conversation.
You’re welcome to simply receive the updates and let the practice unfold in your own way.
And if questions come up, or something feels urgent, you can always reach out to me personally. 🌿

Absolutely.
If you know someone who might benefit from the journey, you're welcome to invite them.

Many people join because a friend, colleague, or family member shared the invitation with them.
Sometimes it is simply nicer to explore these things together. 🌿✨
