A feel for what it’s like

Guided with care
I’m a psychologist by training and a Buddhist by heart.
Over the past years, I’ve spent a lot of time in India and Nepal.
These places have become meaningful to me — not just for their beauty, but for the way they invited me to slow down and see things differently.
What I bring into these journeys draws from modern behavioural psychology and a personal immersion in Buddhist practice. This includes a two‑year Meditation Teacher Program (MMTCP), many personal retreats, and ongoing learning with Tibetan teachers in the region.
I care most about creating simple spaces where something can open — and people can experience that for themselves.

Giving Forward
By joining one of these experiences, you become part of a wider circle of care. It supports Give for Growth — projects in Nepal and India that spark learning, open hearts, and gently change lives.
What begins here supports something beyond you.

During the transition from 2025 to 2026, I experienced a fascinating and special week with Maaike. By taking distance — both literally and figuratively — from normal life, I gained a completely new perspective on different areas of my life. Together with Maaike, I discovered not only the vibrant surroundings, but also myself. It gave me insights I still draw from today.”
