Guided with care
I’m a psychologist by training and a Buddhist by heart.
Over the past years, I’ve spent a lot of time in India and Nepal.
These places have become meaningful to me — not just for their beauty, but for the way they invited me to slow down and see things differently.
What I bring into these journeys draws from modern behavioural psychology and a personal immersion in Buddhist practice. This includes a two‑year Meditation Teacher Program (MMTCP), many personal retreats, and ongoing learning with Tibetan teachers in the region.
I care most about creating simple spaces where something can open — and people can experience that for themselves.

Unfiltered Voices
Spending time with Maaike is always a beautiful blend of fun, connection, and personal growth. Throughout our journey together, I felt myself growing little by little in a natural and effortless way.
I spent a fascinating and truly wonderful week in Kathmandu. By taking a step back from daily life—this experience gave me a whole new perspective on various aspects of life.
The experience was both light-hearted and profound, and its positive energy continues to accompany me in my everyday life.
Together with Maaike, I discovered not only this special place in the orld, but also myself. This gave me insights that I still draw upon today.
