Your body already knows.
This helps you listen.
What you begin to see ?
- How your nervous system responds to stress and recovery

- How pressure builds up in your system
- When you override signals instead of listening

I didn't know stillness was possible for my kind of mind. I was wrong — in the best way.
The monkey mind course changed how I relate to my thoughts. I'm kinder to myself now.
That week in Nepal was the reset I didn't know I needed. I came back different.

Guided with care
All work is guided by Maaike — psychologist at heart, with years of lived practice and experience working with individuals, leaders, and organisations.
Her approach is shaped by modern behavioral psychology alongside years of study and practice in Buddhist traditions — including a two‑year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, as well as ongoing teachings with Tibetan masters in India and Nepal. This blend gives rise to a way of guiding that values clarity and kindness equally, and remains deeply human in practice.
Our next journey starts in July

Frequently Ask Question ?
Biofeedback gives you a clear view of how your body actually moves through life.
It helps you reconnect with what you feel — not as an idea, but as something real and observable.
You may recognise things you already sensed, notice a few surprises, and discover where small shifts could make a big difference.
From there, it becomes something practical — helping you move with more balance, awareness, and energy in your daily life.
Biofeedback tracks how your nervous system responds throughout the day. It shows patterns in stress, recovery, activity, and rest — based on signals from your body, not your interpretation of them.
This creates a clear picture of how your energy flows in real life.
We’ll start with a short call to align on your intention and how to proceed.
You’ll receive a simple manual to guide you through the measurement.
Everything is designed to be easy and straightforward.
You’ll wear a small, comfortable device that measures your body signals over a period of time. You simply go about your day as usual — work, rest, movement, conversations. Nothing extra is required.
If anything is unclear during the process , you can always reach out — I’m available via WhatsApp for support.
I’ve followed official training to work with people based on biofeedback results, alongside my background in psychology and 15+ years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and working with teams.
For me, this tool is part of a broader approach — supporting people to build awareness of their body, energy, and wellbeing in a grounded and practical way.
It’s always about how we translate the data into something meaningful for your life.
No.
This is not a medical diagnosis tool.
We work with it in a preventive and awareness-based way — supporting you to understand your energy, stress, and recovery patterns better.
If you have concerns about your health, sleep, or mental wellbeing, you’re always welcome to discuss that — and we can explore together how this tool can support you alongside professional medical guidance.
Good question.
We understand and respect that many people already use devices like Garmin or other wearables.
This measurement is different.
It focuses on a specific period, with high reliability, to give a clear, zoomed-out view of your energy patterns.
So rather than tracking everything all the time, it helps you see what really matters — and where small changes can have a real impact.
Very little.
The device is lightweight and designed to fit into your day without getting in the way.
Most people forget they’re even wearing it.
It helps you see where your energy is gained — and where it’s lost.
You may notice situations that feel good but are actually draining, or discover patterns you weren’t aware of. Sometimes it even challenges stories you tell yourself — like what helps you recover or rest.
From there, you can make small adjustments that increase your capacity to be present, steady, and engaged in daily life.
As a leader, your energy sets the tone — whether you intend it or not.
When you’re under constant pressure or in “high drive,” it influences how others feel and respond.
This work helps you recognise how you show up, and how your nervous system impacts your decisions, interactions, and overall leadership.
From there, you can lead with more clarity, calm, and trust — which naturally affects your team as well.
We also work with teams using this approach.
People first learn individually how their energy works, and then we create space to share what feels safe.
This often leads to more understanding, better ways of working together, and a culture that supports balance and performance — not through generic rules, but based on what people actually need.
You’ll receive clear takeaways and a few simple nudges to move forward.
From there, you can continue at your own pace — with follow-up sessions, fresh measurements, or a more structured journey like Nudge Me Forward.
The goal is not to make things complex, but to support steady, real-life integration.
