What makes it valuable is not just the science, but how you recognise yourself in it — and start working with it.

In the Discovery session, we turn the results into something practical — a way to recognise your patterns in real time, stay curious about your reactions, and move with more clarity and less resistance in daily life.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with individuals, leaders, and teams — in coaching, leadership development, recruitment, and conflict work. 

The tool matters. But what matters more is how we read it together and bring it into your real life.
