A personal note
Why this matters?
The mind moves. That’s what it does.
Often quickly, with a lot of energy, pulled in many directions.
Walk your path only
Feeling something?
We can explore what you are longing for – and take it from there.
Frequently Ask Question ?
No. This journey is designed to be accessible, whether you are new to meditation or already have some experience. Everything is guided step by step, and you learn through your own experience.
You’re not alone. This is something many people recognise, and it’s exactly why this journey exists. We don’t expect the mind to be still. Instead, you’ll learn how to notice patterns and stay present, even when the mind is active.
Between sessions, you’ll receive short guided practices (max 15 min) and simple reflections you can bring into daily life. These are designed to be realistic and supportive — even in busy weeks.
You’re welcome to still join. Each session stands on its own while also building into a larger understanding. What matters most is your engagement with the process, in the moments that are available to you. Recordings of each session can be shared upon request.
That’s a very valid question. This journey is designed to meet experience with care.
You’re always invited to go at your own pace and stay close to what feels safe and workable. At the same time, moments of difficulty can naturally bring up more to be felt and understood. You’re not expected to push through anything — gentleness and awareness guide the process. You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to talk about whether this is a good moment for you.
Yes. You’re always welcome to get in touch if you have questions or want to sense whether this journey fits your current moment.
Just Sit offers a shared space to pause, feel, and return to presence.
