For you?

Begin Here

If you’re not sure where to begin, you are in the right place.

Starting where you truly are is the most daring choice.

Why this matters?

Start where you are

Start where you are

For yourself

If something here caught your breath for a moment – you’re not the only one. Different situations. Often the same underlying patterns.

It often looks like this

the spaces we create

Start where you are.

Guided with care

I’m a psychologist by training and a Buddhist by heart — with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, leaders, and organisations.

I bring together modern psychological insights and Buddhist wisdom — blending them into something practical, alive and grounded.
The aim is simple: to help you see more clearly, and find confidence in how you move through everyday life — with kindness and an open heart.

What I care about most is creating experiences where something can open and start moving. All programs are designed to support a sense of empowerment — so you can walk your path, in your own way… maybe even catching yourself smiling along the way. That’s often where things start to become real.

Frequently Asked Questions?

"You begin by noticing that you are circling.

Not trying to fix it straight away,
but recognising what keeps repeating.

Often, that loop is already pointing to something important —
something that wants your attention.

From there, you can start by slowing down
and looking at one piece of it…
instead of trying to solve everything at once.

If it helps, you could start with something simple —
like joining a Just Sit session,
or exploring one of the short guided practices."

"That’s a very natural place to be.
You don’t need to know the answer yet.

A sense that “something is off”
is already a valuable signal.

Instead of searching for clarity immediately,
you can stay with that feeling for a moment —
and begin to explore what is showing up, step by step.

Clarity often comes afterwards,
not before.

If you’d like some structure to begin with,
this page can guide you
to something that fits your current situation."

"By taking a moment to pause.

And asking yourself simple questions:
What is here right now?
What feels present?
What is asking for attention?

Without needing to change it.
Just noticing, as honestly as you can.
That’s often where the process begins.

Some people find it helpful to combine this
with short guided practices
or a first 1:1 conversation."

"Yes.

This work is not separate from what you do —
it is about how you do it.

How you focus.
How you handle pressure.
How you communicate and collaborate.

Starting here simply brings more awareness
into those everyday moments —
in a way that makes your work more clear, steady, and human.
You're welcome to get in touch. "

"Often, it begins with one person.

Someone who becomes curious
about how things really work beneath the surface —
in themselves and in the way people interact.

Sometimes through a simple conversation,
a first session, or a workshop
that brings awareness into the team context.

There is no fixed way —
we can explore what fits your organisation best."

"You can listen to that voice —
without fully believing it.

It often points to how full or stretched things already feel.
At the same time, this work doesn’t always require extra time.

It can start in small moments —
pausing, noticing, or reflecting within your day.
Not as something on top of your life,
but as a different way of being in it.

Short formats like Just Sit sessions
or guided practices are often a gentle way to begin."

"It usually means something important is at stake.

Resistance is not a problem.
It can be a sign that you are touching something real —
something that asks for attention and care.

You don’t need to push through it.
You can acknowledge it, get curious about it,
and move at a pace that feels workable.

Sometimes it helps to start in a lighter way —
for example with a group session or
reading some inspiration from the nudges page
rather than going straight into something deeper."

"That’s very understandable.

This work doesn’t always begin with going deeper —
it often starts with creating a bit more space.

Small, simple steps
that help you slow down and notice what is there.
From there, capacity tends to grow naturally.

You don’t need to have space first.
You can create it along the way.

Starting with something light or self-paced
can make it easier to begin.
You're welcome to explore the nudges,
explore a 1:1 conversation with me or
join our Just Sit sessions. "

"Often, the changes are subtle at first.

A bit more clarity.
A moment where you notice something you didn’t see before.
A different way of responding in a familiar situation.

Over time, these small shifts build.
Things tend to feel less heavy,
more workable.

And you may find yourself moving through life
with more ease and awareness —
and sometimes, even a quiet smile.

Whether through individual coaching
or a guided journey,
the process unfolds in your own rhythm."

"Because there might already be a part of you
that is starting to notice.

Putting things aside can work for a while.
But often, what we avoid keeps coming back —
in one way or another.

This work is not about forcing change,
but about meeting what is already there
in a more honest and workable way.
From there, something can begin to shift.

You don’t need to commit to anything big —
just a small first step is enough to explore."
