A focused coaching session where you bring in what’s on your mind — a question, a situation, something that feels stuck or unclear. We look at it together, from a few different angles, and stay close to what’s actually there. It’s light, direct, and often enough to create a first opening.

Mirror Me works with two lenses to help you understand yourself more deeply. One shows how you see yourself. One shows how your body experiences life. Both help you recognise deeper layers of yourself — in a way you can’t easily overlook.
